Subscription Terms

These Subscription Terms provide a summary of how Froxy subscriptions work. They should be read together with our Terms of Service and Refund & Cancellation Policy.

In the event of any inconsistency, the Terms of Service and Refund & Cancellation Policy shall prevail.

1. Subscription

All paid Froxy services are provided on a recurring subscription basis.

By purchasing a subscription, you authorize recurring payments using your selected payment method or using balance funds and agree to these Subscription Terms, our Terms of Service, and our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

2. Billing

Your subscription fee is charged in advance for each billing period.

Unless otherwise stated during checkout, your subscription renews automatically every month using the payment method you provided during purchase. The applicable renewal price will be charged on your renewal date with all applicable taxes.

3. Automatic Renewal

Your subscription will continue to renew automatically until you cancel it.

By completing your purchase, you authorize Froxy to process recurring charges without requiring additional authorization before each renewal.

4. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your Customer Dashboard.

Cancellation prevents future renewals and charges. Your subscription will remain active until the end of your current paid billing period, after which it will expire automatically.

5. Renewal Notifications

Before each renewal, we will send a renewal reminder to your registered email address and/or display a notification in your Customer Dashboard in accordance with our Terms of Service.

6. Refunds

Subscription payments are generally non-refundable once processed, except where required by applicable law or as expressly provided in our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

7. Subscription Price Changes

If the renewal price for your existing subscription changes, we will notify you in advance as required by our Terms of Service. You may cancel your subscription before the new price takes effect if you do not agree with the updated pricing.
