Switch on the one you want, pay, and the gift attaches to the subscription on its own. With cashback, the amount reaches your balance right after payment; with traffic, the subscription starts out 50% larger.

No, the gift can't be combined with promo codes or other discounts, so the promo code field is disabled once you select a gift. Promo codes still work on regular subscriptions and renewals.
